Kurtulmak
This commissioned, handcrafted dice chest was inspired by Kurtulmak, a dragon revered by many D&D fans. Commissioned with a vision of an ancient, bright blue dragon whose lair lies deep beneath the desert, the box tells his story inside and out. The exterior is painted in sandy desert tones, with a lone scorpion guarding the lid. Opening the chest reveals a cave-like interior, sculpted with a dragon’s head and tail in opposing corners, brought to life in shimmering iridescent blues to match the dice it protects. Scattered treasures of glass beads and fine chains gleam from the sand-textured walls, hinting at the dragon’s hoarded wealth. Both a functional dice box and a unique piece of art, it’s perfect for adventurers seeking a truly one-of-a-kind home for their dice. The pictures below are showing you the process, in case you would like to create one yourself, too. Should you prefer not to do that, I am happy to make one for you, of course.
